We love our beautiful planet just as much as we appreciate great furniture designs. Here you can learn about our efforts towards leaving a minimal footprint in our production process.
With our own modern European factory and eco-friendly incentives, LOVI strives to provide comfortable, fashionable furniture with as little impact on the environment as we possibly can. Our factory is heated either by heat generated by our own production machines or biofuel and in recent years we have reduced CO2 emissions with more than 43%.
Our efforts towards sustainability include but are not limited to efficiency programs resulting in reduced energy usage for lighting by 40% and a total reduced electric usage in our production line by over 27%. All of our factory waste is sorted and 100% of recyclable waste is of course recycled. Furthermore, all wooden elements for upholstery products are FSC certified.
We make an effort to source and use materials and textiles that meet our high ambitions and standards, with regards to both qualities, sustainability, and modern-day trends. For instance, the majority of volumes of fiber wool used for LOVI furniture comes from recycling.

In our efforts to innovate and take advantage of modern recycling techniques, we offer our Eco-Leather cover. This special cover is made from recycled natural leather with a top layer knitted from microscopic synthetic fibers. The technique behind Eco-Leather gives the cover a unique softness, character, and durability with a "suede-like" feel - and at the same time keeping unnecessary use of materials and resources to a minimum.
A production line with zero emissions is, of course, our final destination, although we are not there yet. Sustainability is a never-ending journey. One which we are excited to take on and dedicate our best efforts to navigate in the best possible way.
